The Nintendo Switch 2 has finally been revealed after its console debuted during a direct on April 2.

Boasting stronger specs than the original Switch, the console handheld hybrid can run games at up to 120 FPS in handheld mode and 4K resolution with HDR while docked, and it also has better audio, ventilation, new and improved controls, and a lot more.

The Nintendo Switch 2 will be priced at $449 USDwhen it launches on June 5, and 49,980 yen in Japan. It will be 395.99 Euros in the UK. The Mario Kart World bundle is a bit higher in all regions, such as $499 in the US.

It seems as though Switch 2 games may be pricier than normal, too, as Nintendo has confirmed that Mario Kart World will be sold digitally for $80 USD ($90 for physical games), potentially setting an unfortunate precedent for games prices moving forward.
