There are enough blades through necks in Hood: Outlaws and Legends that you’ll probably get some Assassin’s Creed vibes. It’s not the only inspiration you’ll find though.

Sumo Digital and Focus Home Interactive are creating a new property called Hood: Outlaws and Legends. The moody reveal trailer makes it look like a stealthy medieval game with some brutal combat.

There aren’t all that many details about Hood yet, but the recently-launched site has a beta signup. Go check that out if you’re interested in seeing this game in action sooner rather than later.

Hood is coming to PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X next year. It seems like a good one to keep an eye on.

Update: Here’s a new tweet from the game’s account that sheds a little bit of light on what Hood is aiming for:
