Nintendo has just released a new commercial for their New 3DS line, and it seems pretty slick. It gives us a close look at the new button coloring, amiibo functionality, some of the faceplates, and other features.

It’s a tad odd though in terms of the Smash Bros. 3DS release. It’s been confirmed that many regions won’t even get the New 3DS until next year — at which point, many people will have moved on to the Wii U version of Smash.

I want one, but I hope there’s more quality releases in the pipeline for it.
