Ifa will be released in Genshin Impact 5.6

The latest drip marketing on the game’s official X account has confirmed that Ifa will be released as a playable character in version 5.6. The Saurian vet made his first in-game appearance in the Tournament of Glory in Bloom event in version 5.5, which also confirmed that Ifa has an Anemo Vision.

Furthermore, Ifa’s drip marketing post shared the following details about him:

  • Title: In the Wake of Wandering Winds
  • Tlalocan Vet
  • Vision: Anemo
  • Constellation: Catena Opele

The recent beta leaks via Hakush.in suggests that Ifa is likely to be a 4-star character who uses a Catalyst. Furthermore, he is expected to be a support unit that can buff the party’s Swirl and Electro-charged DMG and apply crowd control on enemies. Not only that, but one of Ifa’s passive talents heals the party members and the indwelled Saurian when in Natlan.
