Once, the Sacred Seat of Judgement in Genshin Impact is a sub-quest in the Chronicler of the Crumbling City quest chain. During the quest, you must visit the Chamber of Deliberation to obtain the Permit to the Sacred Heart.

How to unlock the Once, the Sacred Seat of Judgement quest

Once, the Sacred Seat of Judgement is a sub-quest in the Chronicler of the Crumbling City chain. You can unlock it by starting the In Search of a Hidden Heart quest.

Go to the Chamber of Deliberation to obtain the permit

Head north to find several Rifthounds attacking a Secret Source Servant near the Phlogiston pool. Defeat all the mobs and wait for the small mecha dragon to lower the liquid Phlogiston level. Once that is done, go down and collect the Luxurious Chest.

After opening the chest, interact with the Yumkasaur Spiritscone and collect the Coagulation Pearl before shooting it at the pedestal on the ruin entrance. Once you’ve unlocked the door, follow the Secret Source Servant and enter the ruin.

After the cutscene, indwell a Yumkasaur again before grabbing the Coagulation Pearl near the teleport waypoint and shooting it at the pedestal. This will create a large Phlogiston barrier around the chamber.

Use the grapple hook on the left side for traversal and go to the southeast part of the chamber. Next, grab the Coagulation Pearl and shoot it at the nearby pedestal. This will slightly raise the Phlogiston barrier, and you will get an Exquisite Chest.

Head north before and follow the Secret Source Servants to a hidden cave. Use the flamegranate to destroy the Pulverite blocking the entrance and enter the cave. Next, defeat all the slimes to free the Secret Source Servants and follow them to exit the cave.

You will find another Coagulation Pearl outside the cave. Collect it and shoot it at the pedestal on the floating platform.

Get to the floating platform and use the grapple hook to enter another hidden cave with a blocked entrance. Shoot the flamegranate at the Pulverite to destroy it and enter the chamber.

Keep moving until you find another Pulverite and destroy it. Enter the small room and collect the Coagulation Pearl through the gap in the wall. Once that is done, follow the path and cross the Phlogiston lake. Don’t worry about growing since the pearl solidifies the pool so you can walk on it.

Once you return to the main chamber, walk on the Phlogiston platform and shoot the pearl at the pedestal to raise the barrier.

Receive the permit receptable

Get to the top of the dragon statue and pick up the permit. This will trigger a cutscene and spawn a couple of enemies.

Watch out for the Phlogiston barrier as it sweeps down

Go down slowly using the floating platforms as the barrier descends, but be careful not to jump on the lower barrier. Once you reach the ground, go to the quest marker and wait for cleansing.

Go to the elevator in the center of the chamber and wait for it to go up. This will trigger a cutscene and conclude the Once, the Sacred Seat of Judgement quest in Genshin Impact.

You will get 2 Luxurious Chests, Permit of the Sacred Heart, and the Beyond the Aquila Rift achievement for completing the Once, the Sacred Seat of Judgement quest.
