As you may recall, Forgotten Memories: Alternate Realities came out of near-nowhere with its Silent Hill 2 cast additions, after several years off the development grid. If you’re still wondering what Guy Cihi’s delightfully broken tones would sound like in a new setting, then wonder no more! He’s at the end of this launch trailer!

As you can tell from the trailer and gallery, Forgetten Memories has an old school survival horror feel reminiscent of Silent Hill: Shattered Memories and Downpour. According to developers, Psychoz Interactive, it’s being sold as an anthology series, with each episode/full game being a standalone tale that connects in an overall arc.

And despite being an iOS game first, they also had this to say: “No in-app purchases. We don’t sell any weapons, ammunitions, or anything that will impact the game experience.”

Forgotten Memories is out April 23 on iOS, and later in 2015 for Wii U, PC, Android, and PS Vita.
