Ubisoft went into a bit more detail about their zombie title, ZombiU, and how the Wii U Gamepad plays a role. It can be employed in a bunch of situations like sniping, hacking doors, breaking free from grabby undead folk, and scanning the environment. It also has a radar, famously terrifying thanks to those pesky Xenomorphs.
Hungry zombies can still sneak up on you while it’s being used, as demonstrated a few times in the video. I like the idea of being at risk while trying to fiddle around with my gadgets. It should help zombies sneak up on players a bit more, and let’s face it, the shambling dead need all the help they can get.
