Sony has released a brand new video highlighting a specific issue with the PS4. How specific? It deals directly with the problem of your PS4 randomly ejecting discs or beeping constantly like it wants to eject something but can’t.

The solution is to hold down your PS4’s power button, listen for two beeps, then wait approximately 30 seconds. Then, unplug your console for about three minutes. If it works, good! If not, according to Sony, “your console will need to be serviced.”
