I haven’t gotten too far into Dark Souls III myself, because I am terrible, but I am absolutely in love with it. From Software’s gothic dread speaks to my aesthetic, but what really holds the Souls series together are its monster designs. Deep blacks highlighted with just a little bit of color and brightness? Awesome.
