Released in Japan as Death Under the Labyrinth

Compile Heart’s girls-‘n’-mechs dungeon-crawler Death Under the Labyrinth is coming to PlayStation Vita (and PS TV) in the West as MeiQ: Labyrinth of Death, Idea Factory International has announced. The localized version will launch in North America and Europe this fall with a digital and physical release.

The story hinges on mages and their mechanized, customizable Guardians banding together to “restart the world.” Combat is turn-based, with enemies that have elemental strengths and weaknesses, and you’ll explore the world from a first-person perspective. Standard stuff on that end, for the most part.

So, yes, mechs and girls, girls, girls. There’s the appeal. Nothing wrong with that!
