Crowdfunded GameStick gets a controller facelift

And more info on the docking station
Recommended VideosSince we last checked in with the other tiny Android console, GameStick, its Kickstarter campaign has nearly reached the end. With just under three days left to go, more than five times the original $100,000 goal has been raised, and the final stretch goal — adding color options — seems to be within reach.
The big update for GameStick is that a new design for the controller has been shared, as shown above. Most notably, there are now extended grips, the housing for the HDMI stick has been moved to the back of the controller, and the stick has an expandable 32GB MicroSD card slot.
Additionally, there’s a docking station for the GameStick, which predictably charges the controller itself, as well as expanding functionality with support for more storage (up to 104GB, in total) and peripherals like keyboards and mice. It’s neat to see people get behind these projects, though I’ll be playing it safe for the time being.
