Last week, Nintendo finally announced that they would be bringing the excellent Xenoblade Chronicles over to the US. The announcement got me thinking about some of the other great games that never made it over to the States, and how unfortunate it was we missed out.
For this week, I want you to write about your favorite game that you’ve played that was never officially released in the territory you live in. Maybe you had to import it, maybe you played it on a vacation or a stint living abroad, or maybe you had to resort to some less than legal methods to play it, but in any case I want you to explain why this game is so good and what exactly the people in your country missed out on by not being able to play it.
If you want to participate, just write a C Blog, title it “Xenophilia: [Your Blog’s Title]”, and select the Bloggers Wanted Essay Response tag. Throughout the week, keep an eye on the blogs and get some discussions going with your fellow Dtoiders, and make sure you look for promoted blogs from last week’s topic, Tales From Skyrim.
