The name Lightning Saga has been going around lately, and with an announcement set for next month, people are putting two and two together. Not so fast, says Square Enix’s Yoshinori Kitase via Twitter. 

While the content of the upcoming Tokyo stage event will surround the Lightning Saga, this is not the name of the game they’ll announce at the event. He does confirm that we will get the actual title of the new game or project at the event, though. 

It all goes down September 1. I’m guessing that ‘Final Fantasy XIII’ will be in the name. So are you, I’m sure.
