It’s no pig club

I don’t think anyone expected the North American weapon contest winner to top the UK’s Monster Hunter 4 design (a freaking pig on a club, c’mon!), but it’s a pretty cool looking item nonetheless. Yep, the North American weapon winner has been revealed, and its going to be part of the “Insect Glaive” class — it’s called the Clockwork Contraption.

In short, it’s a clockwork-inspired staff with blades on the end that can change into a bug. I like how the gear on the end whirls constantly. Although I’m more inclined to use a glaive than a Hunting Horn, I can’t resist the call of that cute pig.
