The best way to complete this event is to participate in events such as Anniversary Bash and daily tournaments to obtain as many pickaxes as possible. The more pickaxes you pick up, the easier you’ll progress through each level, get rewards, and use those prizes to fly through other events. Take advantage of daily gifts and quick wins too to get a few extra pickaxes, as in some cases, a couple more pickaxes is enough to get you to the next level.

How to complete the Monopoly GO Anniversary Treasures Dig event

Completing Monopoly GO’s Anniversary Treasures event requires clearing all 20 of its dig site levels. Each dig site level has a grid of dirt tiles that you clear using your pickaxes to uncover hidden treasures. Once you find each treasure, you finish the level and receive its rewards. Each level ranges from just over 20 tiles to nearly 60, making it easy to burn through your pickaxes.

The key to finishing this event is to strategically break each dirt tile for the highest odds of uncovering a treasure. For example, if your last treasure is a four-tile-wide treasure, and you only have one spot that fits this description, focusing on that rather than clearing out a 3×2 space will help you conserve pickaxes that you can use in future levels. Outside this, much of this event comes down to luck, especially as you’re removing spots for small, one-tile treasures.
