A portable Dreamcast is already the stuff that dreams (see what I did there?) are made of, but adding in a VMU unit is liking icing on this little cupcake of a game system. No, it’s not just a VMU slot, though it does include one. This is an actual functioning Virtual Memory Unit, little screen, buttons and all, built right into the face of this mod.
Techknott is now on his third iteration of portable Dreamcast, and his experience shows with the latest model. There’s a PSOne display, CD drive, SD card slot, AV outputs and actual Dreamcast controls.
