If you’ve missed out on getting a Majora’s Mask themed New 3DS XL from GameStop and Best Buy, there seems to be hope yet. A listing for the system has appeared on Play-Asia, with pre-order availability “coming soon.” So I guess keep checking back on that page for when pre-orders open. 

Also remember that some of your GameStop orders that weren’t paid for actually did reserve you a system and you have until the end of business today to pay for it. With that, any unpaid-for systems will go back up for sale on Tuesday, so watch GameStop’s online store or check if your local store has any loose stock. 

That console listing on Nintendo’s site reads currently unavailable, so its likely that that page would have just linked to retailers (none of which have any more stock), rather than offer customers a chance to buy the New 3DS directly from Nintendo, as you could have done on the UK store.
